When you checked out as a guest, we created a SidelineSwap account for you using your email. To view your order, track your package, or message the seller, sign in with that email. You don’t need a password.
Sign in to see your order
- Go to sidelineswap.com/login.
- Enter the email you used at checkout.
- We’ll email you a sign-in code. Enter it to sign in.
- Open your purchase to see tracking, order details, and messages with the seller.
You’ll also land on the sign-in page if you tap View Purchase or Contact Seller in your order confirmation email. Use the same steps.
Can’t find the sign-in email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you’re entering the exact email you used at checkout.
- Wait a minute or two and request a new code.
