What to know as a first-time seller – SidelineSwap

Communication is key!
- Let your buyer know when you plan to ship their item. Be sure to remain communicative throughout the shipping process.
Print your prepaid label
- Click “Print Label” from your swap page. The buyer’s already paid for shipping!
Package your item
- Need packaging tips? Click here to learn more.
- Want to insure your package? It’s not too late. Click here to learn more.
Ship the package
- Schedule a free pickup, leave the package for your local mail carrier, or drop the package at your local carrier. Let your buyer know that the package is shipped.
Collect your earnings
- The funds in your Seller Dashboard move from "Pending" to "Available" as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or automatically 72 hours after the item has arrived at the buyer's address-- whichever comes first. Once your funds become available, you're clear to cash out.
