My swap shipped but the status hasn't updated
If you (or your seller) shipped the item but the swap is still showing as not shipped, try refreshing the tracking status first:
- Follow the steps in Refresh Tracking Status
- Wait a few minutes for the status to update
If the status still doesn't update after refreshing, contact SidelineSwap support and include your swap number so we can look into it.
My swap was delivered but the status hasn't updated
If the carrier shows the item as delivered but your swap still shows as in transit, try refreshing the tracking status first:
