Most sellers ship within a few days of purchase, but shipping timelines can vary.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, the seller might be traveling or waiting to drop off multiple packages together.
Feel free to message the seller from your swap page for an update — they’re usually happy to share a timeline.
🕵️ Tracking Updates & Delays
Sometimes tracking links take time to update. It’s possible your item has been shipped even if it hasn’t received its first scan yet.
If your tracking hasn’t updated:
Wait a few days — initial scans can be delayed.
Check that you’re viewing the tracking link on your swap page for the most accurate info.
If it’s been two weeks with no movement, reach out to our support team. We can contact the carrier to investigate.
💡 Note: SidelineSwap Support sees the same tracking data you do — we can’t view additional information until the carrier flags a shipment as delayed or lost.
⏳ When a Package Is Considered Lost
SidelineSwap can only cancel or refund a shipment in transit once it’s officially considered lost:
