Your payment is failing because your card is expired, you do not have enough funds, or, as is most often the case, your card issuer is putting a block on the payment.
If you're insistent that you've entered the correct card information, we would advise contacting your card issuer and request that they lift the block on your card.
You can edit your card information at any time from your My Payment Methods page.
If you’re sure that everything has been entered correctly, contact SidelineSwap Support.
My payment failed, but I still see a charge
A failed payment can still leave a temporary authorization hold on your account. An authorization hold is not a completed charge — it's your bank reserving the funds while the transaction is attempted. When the payment doesn't go through, your bank releases the hold automatically, typically within a few business days. SidelineSwap doesn't receive this money and can't release it faster; the timing is set by your bank.
I was charged twice
In most cases, one of the two amounts is the actual charge and the other is a pending authorization that will drop off on its own. Check whether one shows as pending and one as posted — if so, the pending one will clear automatically. If you see two posted (completed) charges for the same order, contact SidelineSwap Support with your receipt.
