SidelineSwap can only refund a payment on an order that has been returned to the Seller's address, or in some instances, on an order that has been forwarded to SidelineSwap HQ.
If SidelineSwap receives a chargeback in regards to an order that is in the cardholder's possession, the order is not eligible for a refund. As outlined here, after your item is delivered, you have 3 days to open a dispute. The order becomes nonrefundable as soon as you have approved the sale or 72 hours after the item has arrived at your address-- whichever comes first. This policy is in place because the funds are no longer being held in escrow by SidelineSwap beyond this point. We do not have a mechanism by which we can retrieve the funds from a Seller's account after they've been released to the Seller.
Remember, Buyers on SidelineSwap can always refund their own orders, as can SidelineSwap Admins. SidelineSwap also automatically refunds all unshipped orders after 21 days. There is no reason to dispute a charge if an order has not been shipped.
