Your swap note prints on the packing slip, but only on some kinds of labels. If the note is missing from your printout, check the cases below.
You printed the label without a packing slip
The note prints only when the shipping label and packing slip are printed together on one sheet. If you print only the label, there's no slip to print the note on. Print again with the packing slip included.
It's a return label
Notes never print on a return label's packing slip. The buyer packs a return, so your private note would end up in their box.
You're shipping from Canada to the US
On these shipments a customs form prints in place of the packing slip, so there's no note box.
Your note didn't save
If you see Not saved next to your note, the last change wasn't stored. Click back into the note and make an edit, or click outside the field, to try again. Then reprint the label.
You can't see the Notes section at all
- Notes are on SidelineSwap.com only. They aren't in the iOS app yet.
- Notes need Sideline Pro or Pro+. If your subscription ended, the Notes section and any saved notes are hidden.
- Only the seller has notes. Buyers don't see a Notes section.
