When someone favorites one of your listings, Offer Autopilot can send them a private offer at your floor price right away. It's a quick way to reach buyers who are already interested.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings > Offer Autopilot.
- Choose Set a floor price and enter your percentage.
- Turn on Send offers to favorites.
- Save your changes.
This setting turns on automatically when you choose a floor price. You can turn it off at any time.
How it works
- The offer is sent at that listing's floor price. For example, a $100 item with a 20% floor sends an offer at $80.
- Each buyer gets one offer per listing. If they favorite the same item again, they don't get another offer.
- It only works with Set a floor price. With Firm price or Let me decide, no offer is sent.
- It doesn't send offers on listings you've set to Let me decide.
