Offer Autopilot answers offers on your listings for you. You choose a rule once, and Autopilot accepts or counters each new offer based on that rule, so you don't have to respond to every offer yourself.
Choose how offers are answered
You can pick one of three options:
- Set a floor price. Choose how far below your asking price you're willing to go, as a percentage. Offers at or above your floor are accepted. Offers below your floor get a counteroffer at your floor.
- Firm price. Offers at your asking price are accepted. Any lower offer gets a counteroffer at your asking price.
- Let me decide. Autopilot doesn't answer offers. You respond to each offer yourself, the same as before.
Example: Your item is listed at $100 and your floor is 20% off. An offer of $85 is accepted. An offer of $60 gets a counteroffer at $80.
Turn on Offer Autopilot
- Go to Settings > Offer Autopilot.
- Choose Set a floor price, Firm price, or Let me decide.
- If you chose a floor price, enter the percentage off your asking price.
- Save your changes.
Your rule applies to all of your listings, including offers you've already received but haven't answered yet.
Good to know
- Your floor follows your price. The floor is a percentage of your current asking price. If you drop your price, your floor drops with it.
- Floors are rounded up to the nearest dollar.
- There's a minimum floor. Your floor can be at most 55% off your asking price, and never lower than $3.
- Low offers get countered, not blocked. With Autopilot on, a buyer's very low offer gets a counteroffer at your floor instead of being turned away.
- Auctions aren't included. Autopilot doesn't respond to auction bids.
- Offers sold elsewhere are skipped. If an item sells or is no longer available before Autopilot responds, it doesn't accept the offer.
