If you added Seel Return Assurance at checkout, you can start your return any time within 7 days of delivery.
Go to your swap page.
Click “Mark as Received” or “Accept or Reject Item.”
Select “No, Request Seel Return.”
You’ll be redirected to Seel’s return portal to complete your request.
Once you submit the request, Seel handles the rest — including communication, approval, and your refund. You’ll get updates directly from Seel via email.
