If a seller doesn’t ship your item, your money is protected.
Sellers are not paid until you receive the item in the promised condition. If an item never ships, you’ll receive a full refund.
We automatically remind sellers to ship after payment is submitted, including follow-ups at regular intervals. If the item still doesn’t ship, the order will be canceled and refunded.
You do not need to contact support to receive a refund for an unshipped order.
When you can cancel
You can cancel an unshipped order directly from your swap page:
After 5 days: You can cancel if the seller has not printed the shipping label
After 12 days: You can cancel regardless of seller activity, even if they’ve accessed the label
After 21 days: SidelineSwap automatically cancels and refunds the order
