If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, you can request that your SidelineSwap account be made tax exempt so you won't be charged sales tax on eligible purchases.
How to submit your request
To request tax exemption, you'll need to contact SidelineSwap support and provide:
- Your SidelineSwap username
- A copy of your tax exemption certificate
Submit your request through our Help Center contact form. Please attach your tax exemption certificate to the form so our team can review and verify it.
What happens next
Once we receive your request, our team will review your tax exemption certificate. If everything is in order, we'll update your account status and notify you by email. Please allow a few business days for processing.
