Users can delete their accounts either from SidelineSwap.com or the iOS app.
On SidelineSwap.com, go to "My Settings" and click to delete your account. You will be emailed a pin to confirm your request. Simply enter the pin then delete your account.
From the iOS App, please click the Account tab at the bottom of your screen, then click "My Account Settings". From that page, you'll see a "Delete Account" button. Clicking this button will not delete your account. It will open to a Delete Account page.
If you'd like to remove payment and banking info and not delete your account, you may. You can also disable marketing emails from this page.
Please note:
- Account deletions are irreversible
- All information associated with your account, including your items, will be removed from SidelineSwap
- You will need to create a new account to buy and sell on SidelineSwap in the future
- After clicking "Delete Account", you will receive a PIN code to complete your account deletion
If you're accessing your account from SidelineSwap.com, please submit this support form to request that your account get deleted.
