The funds in your SidelineSwap Seller Dashboard move from "Pending" to "Available" as soon as the buyer has approved the sale or automatically 72 hours after the item has arrived at the buyer's address-- whichever comes first.
In other words, if your buyer does not approve the swap, the funds will be automatically made available for you to cash out.
The 72-hour timer starts when the carrier marks your item Delivered, not when you shipped it. If your funds are still showing as Pending, the most common reasons are:
Tracking hasn't updated to "Delivered" yet. Check the tracking status on your swap page. If the carrier hasn't confirmed delivery, the 72-hour clock hasn't started.
The buyer opened a dispute or return. If a buyer reports an issue within the window, funds stay held until that case is resolved. You'll see this referenced on the swap page.
The swap is On Hold. Some sales are placed in an On Hold state while we review them. If your swap has been On Hold for more than 1 day, contact SidelineSwap Support with your Swap ID.
