If you’re experiencing transfer failures, that means you’re entering invalid account and/or routing numbers. You will need valid account and routing numbers to process a successful ACH transfer.
Please click “Edit Bank Account” on your Seller Dashboard page and submit valid banking information.
You can find your needed bank information online on your bank's website or on a check book (see visual below!)
For Canadian Bank Accounts
