Sezzle is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you split your SidelineSwap purchase into 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks using a credit or debit card.
How It Works
- Choose Sezzle as your payment method at checkout.
- No long forms or hard credit checks required — just a quick soft credit check and an instant approval decision.
- Your first payment (25% of the total) is due at the time of purchase.
- The remaining 3 payments are automatically charged every 2 weeks.
Example For a $200 purchase, you'd pay approximately $50 today, then $50 every two weeks for the next 6 weeks.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Sezzle is currently available for customers located in the US and Canada.
- Your order subtotal must be $50.00 or greater to use Sezzle.
- You'll need a valid US or Canadian bank account, debit card, or credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted for your first purchase).
- Sezzle uses a soft credit check during approval, so signing up won't impact your credit score.
- Your spending limit is determined by Sezzle based on several factors and may increase over time.
Fees
Sezzle's Pay in 4 plan is interest-free. However, a service fee of up to $7.49 may apply depending on the purchase price — the exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm. Late payment fees (up to $16.95) and failed payment fees (up to $6.95) may also apply. All fees are capped at 25% of the order amount.
Rescheduling Payments
Need extra time? Sezzle lets you reschedule a payment for up to 2 weeks later. The first reschedule on each order is free; additional reschedules may incur a fee of up to $7.50.
Build Your Credit with Sezzle Up
Sezzle offers an optional program called Sezzle Up that reports your payment history to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. To qualify, you need to pay off one purchase on time, link your bank account as your default payment method, and verify your identity.
Important Notes
- If you miss a payment, Sezzle will pause your account until you're caught up — this prevents you from taking on additional debt.
- Your credit score may be negatively impacted if you fall behind on payments after enrolling in Sezzle Up.
