SidelineSwap will not alter or remove a buyer's review unless the buyer has explicitly authorized such a change with two exceptions:
- If the buyer complains of shipping delays that are beyond the seller's control.
- If the buyer complains of a detail that is explicitly included in the item listing.
If you're dissatisfied with a particular review, we recommend working directly with the buyer to resolve the situation. You may offer a partial refund, cut the buyer a deal on another item in your locker, or merely respectfully explain your position. We often find that buyers are likely to change their stance if the seller puts in the effort to fix the situation.
Once you've come to a resolution with the buyer, you may contact SidelineSwap Support who can update the review.
