SidelineSwap is not responsible for lost or stolen package claims. If the shipping carrier's tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered, SidelineSwap considers the shipment delivered. The funds will always be released to the Seller in this scenario.
The package may have been left at a different location than normal. Check your driveway, mailbox, front lawn and porch. Sometimes, delivery workers may accidentally leave a package at an adjacent apartment or home as well. If you're confident that it has not been delivered to your address, we suggest contacting your carrier's office to speak with the mail carrier assigned to your address. They would know best.
