When a buyer purchases an item, their payment is escrowed, which means the funds are held by SidelineSwap. The funds aren't released to the seller until the order is approved by the buyer or 72 hours after the item has been delivered--whichever comes first.
We message no-ships 2, 4, 6, and 7 days after the date of purchase and then follow up with the seller until we’ve confirmed shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of making a payment, you will be able to do so directly from your swap page. From SidelineSwap.com, merely click the "Cancel" button next to the Swap ID. From the App, click the three dots at the top right of your swap page to access the "Cancel" feature. The "Cancel" feature disappears once the seller has clicked on the shipping label to print.
You will again have the option to cancel your order after 7 days, if the shipping label has not been clicked to print by the seller. All buyers can cancel their unshipped orders after 14 days, regardless of whether the seller has clicked on the shipping label to print.
SidelineSwap automatically cancels and refunds all orders after 7 days if the seller has not logged in since their sale. SidelineSwap also automatically cancels and refunds all unshipped orders after 21 days, unless an extension has been requested by the buyer and seller.
