Please check the tracking number on the swap page. The shipping service will indicate whether the package was dropped off in the mailbox, on the front porch, or at the local post office.
If you still cannot locate the package, please call the shipping service's customer support line.
If the tracking shows that the package is delivered, then standard delivery protocol applies. The funds in the Seller's SidelineSwap Seller Dashboard move from "Pending" to "Available" as soon as the Buyer has approved the sale or automatically 72 hours after the item has arrived at the Buyer's address-- whichever comes first.
