The seller doesn't get paid until you've received the item in its promised condition. If the buyer never ships, you will be refunded in full. Your payment is entirely protected.
We reach out to all users 2, 4, and 7 days after the payment has been submitted to remind them of their shipping duties. If the item never ships, you will be able to issue your own refund or the refund will be automatically issued.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of making a payment, you will be able to do so directly from your swap page. From SidelineSwap.com, merely click the "Cancel" button next to the Swap ID. From the App, click the three dots at the top right of your swap page to access the "Cancel" feature. The "Cancel" feature disappears once the seller has clicked on the shipping label to print.
You will again have the option to cancel your order after 7 days, unless the seller has already accessed the shipping label. All buyers can cancel their unshipped orders after 14 days, regardless of whether the seller has accessed the the shipping label.
SidelineSwap automatically cancels and refunds all orders after 7 days if the seller has not logged in since their sale. SidelineSwap also automatically cancels and refunds all unshipped orders after 21 days, unless an extension has been requested by the buyer and seller.
